There are BIG changes being proposed that will have HUGE consequences for West Concord. The situation is URGENT.

Did you know that there are plans for a direct access road from Route 2 and a MBTA possibly parking garage in West Concord to support additional non-resident parking? This road will run along the new Rail Trail.  
 
Did you know that 80 mph trains are coming to our tracks?
 
Did you know that the MBTA is considering closing the Baker Ave crossing to traffic?
 
 
Did you know that the Chrysler dealership (downtown West Concord) is up for sale, as is the Elks club, too? The Bradford Street complex and Post Office Square have been recently sold. Who’s buying up West Concord and why?
 
Did you know there are proposals to build 350-500 units of housing in West Concord?
 
Do you know that the Town's current sewer system is nearly at capacity? How much will a new plant cost us?

Why are we being asked to make decisions at Town Meeting with so much information still unavailable?
